Our festival's closing concert features the fabulous pianist Sun-A Park, who will be performing a program of unforgettable, virtuosic classical music!
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Sun-A Park is a Korean-American pianist known for her "remarkable virtuosity" and "exquisite clarity." She has performed at various venues including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Sun-A has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Peter Oundjian, Eiji Oue, and Arthur Hagen, and performed with orchestras like the Yale Philharmonia and Hannover Hochschulorchester. Sun-A is the recipient of several awards and prizes, including the Olga and Serge Koussevitzky Young Artists Awards and the Kosciuszko Chopin Competition. She has also recorded early keyboard sonatas by Muzio Clementi under the Naxos label. Currently, Sun-A is an Assistant Professor of Piano at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
